We only publish case studies when the facts, role of the professional and permission to use the information have been verified. We avoid identifying a client without an appropriate basis.
What a useful case study explains
The starting issue, relevant jurisdiction, agreed scope, work undertaken and verified outcome. A previous outcome cannot establish what will happen in a different matter.
